C Series Jaw Crusher

INTRODUCTION: 

The jaw crusher, commonly known as "jaw crusher" and also nicknamed "tiger's mouth", consists of a crushing chamber formed by two jaw plates (a movable jaw and a fixed jaw). It crushes materials by simulating the jaw movement of animals. Widely used in industries such as mining and metallurgy, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical engineering, it is suitable for crushing various ores and bulk materials. The maximum compressive strength of the materials to be crushed is 320 Mpa.

•   Adopts world-class manufacturing processes and top-grade materials.

•   The movable jaw assembly is made of high-quality cast steel parts, and the heavy-duty eccentric shaft is processed from forged blanks, endowing the machine with exceptional reliability and longer service life.

•   The bearing housing adopts an integral cast steel structure, ensuring perfect fit with the crusher frame and significantly enhancing the radial strength of the bearing housing.

•    Finite element analysis technology is applied to achieve higher machine strength.

•    The crushing chamber features a symmetrical "V"-shaped structure, making the actual feed opening width consistent with the nominal feed opening width.

•    Equipped with a wedge-type discharge opening adjustment device, which is simpler, safer, and faster than the old-style gasket adjustment.

•    All machines in this series are equipped with larger and more durable eccentric shaft bearings compared to other crushers of the same specification. Their higher load-bearing capacity and effective labyrinth seal greatly extend the service life of the bearings.

•    The newly adopted toothed guard plate increases the effective length of the jaw plates and improves the output.

Main Characteristics:

The tooth plates are made of cast high-manganese steel. Each tooth plate undergoes bulk metallographic testing, and its connecting surfaces are machined to ensure tight bonding with the connecting surfaces of the movable jaw and front plate, thereby greatly improving the crushing efficiency.
